Frostybunny said:I have tried over the last 24 hours to contact Evri as the delivery driver took it upon herself to come to my door on Saturday and scream at me for leaving her a bad review, which I am well within my rights to do, if I feel the service she provided wasnt good enough. She then proceeded to tell me she would never be delivering my goods again.
I ordered two items from Amazon and both sellers chose to use Evri, both my items never got to me, so I tried to call the number and even spoke to the AI bot, was told by the bot that my address was incorrect which it isn't, the courier had put down that she couldn't find my address even though she has delivered to me in the last few weeks. Evri are a joke, nothing will be done about my items and I've been refunded, but it's still not on.
Call the police - really you should because if Evri threaten you - that's illegal
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.2 -
Evri are a joke of a cowboy outfit - i have had issues with them as have many many others no doubt.
Impossible to get through to a human which is deliberate of course - they hope people will go away and give up complaining.

They are a joke - but to actually physically threaten a customer is another level !Xenon said:Evri are a joke of a cowboy outfit - i have had issues with them as have many many others no doubt.

Evri drivers are self employed individuals.Frostybunny said:I have tried over the last 24 hours to contact Evri as the delivery driver took it upon herself to come to my door on Saturday and scream at me for leaving her a bad review, which I am well within my rights to do, if I feel the service she provided wasnt good enough. Their work ethics are unique to the individual - poor standards = poor service.

Their service is reliant on the individual because drivers are self employed, their own boss.Xenon said:Evri are a joke of a cowboy outfit - i have had issues with them as have many many others no doubt.

It's each individual, at each stage of the service, that's the issue.
Just one unprofessional individual in the various stages, of service, can create a problem with/to the rest of the onward journey.

After each delivery is completed customers get sent a feedback email, leave a detailed report and explain the situation, this may or may not be actioned but at least the system has a situation logged.0
