VCS DCB Legal court claim

Apologies for my errors. I am just a bit panicked as I may be missing something.
1. It says that the court will ask both parties to file a directions questionnaire but they seem to have filed their own form N180.
Is the Form N180 the questionnaire and am I to wait for the courts to mail it to me or am i to download it myself?
2.Secondly it talks about mandatory mediation. Is there anything to prepare for in terms of mediation?
3. Finally, @KeithP said to just file this email. Am I correct in thinking that I should just ignore this email from DCB and wait for the courts to send me the form N180?
Thanks for replying0 -
As @Coupon-mad mentioned, why not continue to follow the steps you were following when you filed a Defence?bbestmann said:1. It says that the court will ask both parties to file a directions questionnaire but they seem to have filed their own form N180.

Your question is answered there.
Once again I refer you back to the checklist you seem to have abandoned.bbestmann said:

Great! But we can't count your success yet because you've not shown us the NOD.bbestmann said:We act for the Claimant in the above matter.

Here you go, I took a picture of my computer screen. I hope this suffices? I really don't know why it won't upload.
