Apologies for my errors. I am just a bit panicked as I may be missing something.

    1. It says that the court will ask both parties to file a directions questionnaire but they seem to have filed their own form N180.
Is the Form N180 the questionnaire and am I to wait for the courts to mail it to me or am i to download it myself?

2.Secondly it talks about mandatory mediation. Is there anything to prepare for in terms of mediation?

    3. Finally, @KeithP said to just file this email. Am I correct in thinking that I should just ignore this email from DCB and wait for the courts to send me the form N180?

    Thanks for replying

As @Coupon-mad mentioned, why not continue to follow the steps you were following when you filed a Defence?
    Your question is answered there.

Once again I refer you back to the checklist you seem to have abandoned.

We act for the Claimant in the above matter.

Our client has instructed us to discontinue Court proceedings and close our file. Therefore, please find enclosed the Claimant’s N279 Notice of Discontinuance for your records.

The attached has also been filed with the Court.

We will now proceed to close our file accordingly.

Great! But we can't count your success yet because you've not shown us the NOD.

I have tried ever means that I know, to upload the document but it won't let me. I want to thank you all for your kindness, patience and support through this period. I will continue to try to upload, hopefully it will work at some point. I want people to see that it does work, MSE is no fluke!

Here you go, I took a picture of my computer screen. I hope this suffices? I really don't know why it won't upload.
