Anyone have a recent O2 broadband CD?

I've had a problem with my O2 box - I registered with O2 when it started out and the CD they sent me then doesn't have the recovery utility on it - the utility is on the newer discs though.
I've phoned them up and they said they'll send one out, but this being new year week the post will probably take ages - and I need internet back asap.
So - if anyone has a CD with the recovery utility on it (its somewhere in software/utilities - or something like that) - could you zip it and email it/upload it somewhere for me.
Many thanks :money:

What equipment are you using? Don't you get a wireless router with O2? Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

espresso - yeah I did, but its malfunctioning and needs to be 'flashed' by the recovery utility on the CD."To be or not to be......that is the question"

Yeah - went through loads with the tech guy for about an hour, even tried resetting the box but nothing worked. So unless anyone can get that software off the CD I'm gonna have to wait 'till next week
.
Strange how loss of internet has an effect on everything.

Smells like bovine excreta to me! Surely if the router is faulty, they should send you another one. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
Hmmm - they said if the CD fix didn't work they'd send another box out."To be or not to be......that is the question"
