Yes my bad, meant to say witness statement was filed and then I went away, I will phone the court tomorrow AM, I'm guessing whatever the outcome is that its final and from what I can gather trying to appeal the judgement is a whole lot more work?
Really appreciate the help from everyone on this forum, the initial fine was January 2024 and its dragged on for 18 months nearly1 -
Wait and see the outcome. Can you show us that letter from the court? Did you have 2nd June shown as unavailable on your DQ?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
