I dont, but I have seen it many times in other threads on here
More importantly, did you receive the auto email response from the CNBC DQ email address ? Check your inbox and spam folder1 -
unfortunately Ive messed up here it seems, I did not get the automated response and I missed off the .uk from the end of the email
I have been away for a business trip for the past month (I stated this on the DQ form as a time where i would not be able to attend a hearing etc) and therefore have missed the letter giving me 7 days to file the N180 form (missed by one day too!) I have since filed it, and received the automated response, but im guessing this is game over for me and a case of waiting for the judgement to be filed in their favour?
If so, then let this serve atleast as a warning to others to check thoroughly, because all this work ive done so far was now in vain0 -
Check your status on MCOL, i might show the receipt of your N180 and hopefully won't show a judgment entered against you.1

I am confused about this part of the process and looking for help/examples if possible please
I have photograhic evidence (poor signage, no marked bays etc) in line with what is written in my defense, im just not sure how to set it out and any key info i need to include, I cant seem to find a template of sorts to follow either
ive added name, address, case no etc so far, and ive got to 'set out evidence clearly in numbered paragraphs', do I just dump the photos here and state 'clearly no marked bays' 'incorrect sized signage' etc underneath each one?
any help appreciated!0 -
Your threads are properly merged now. No new threads please!
Just search the forum for witness statement, changing the results to NEWEST.
And re-read the bit you seem to have forgotten about in the second post of the NEWBIES thread where I give you this info and a complete list of exhibits.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello again,
Thanks for the help with this, I had my defense submitted on the 2nd May but now there is a new problem for me,
I've been working away from the 11th May until arriving home today (2nd June) and I've received a letter to state that my original court date of the 13th June (which I had to make great effort to book off work) was vacated, and the date was to be moved to the 2nd June at 2pm, so I've ended up missing the court date
Absolutely furious at this old fashioned system that relies solely on letters, if I had a text or a call I'd have been able to get back sooner but I live alone and nobody has answered my post
I'm hoping that my saving grace might be that the claimaint didn't show up either, as they didn't answer the telephone mediation call
What should my next steps be? And how screwed am I? Really don't want to pay out £260+0 -
Are you sure that it was your defence that was submitted ? ( your actual defence was submitted last year )
With that imminent court date of the 13th of June, I would expect that you submitted your Witness Statement bundle as is standard, not the defence
You should check with the local civil court as to any outcome, but they will write to you, by post ( its been a postal system for decades, mainly paper based until covid19 hit ( not text, not email )0
