I keep my passwords, usernames, passcodes and other login info together with paperwork from providers in a physical folder at home. All passwords are coded in a way that no one, except me and my OH, would have a clue what the real word is. For simplicity I use the same password for everything, the only differences are the numbers and special characters (some providers want very long passwords, so I add more numbers or special characters). I also store usernames for frequently used BS/banks in "notes" that I can access on my phone when I'm away. I prefer to use apps if available, makes it easier - don't need passwords, just my face.0

I have instructed Mrs Techniker to hand over the book to my daughter if I should keel over, who will then carry out any monetary transactions as Mrs T. does not know her bits from her bytes.
The correct thing to do is tell the banks etc what has happened and then they will freeze the accounts and allow access to whoever gets the Grant of Probate.0 -

Am I the only one that has a different 12 to 14 character password for every account or site I use and don't have them written down anywhere?0
