Thank you, as I say, I am a carer for a dying woman, trying to fight a ticket on her behalf, my head is all over the place, so apologies that the formalities weren't at the forefront of my thinking.

Do I contact the MP with the same information?

I added more comments to my previous post after you saw it.

Yes, ensure your MP is made aware of all the facts.

Location, name of PPC, PCN number, date of incident etcetera. Your name/details etcetera and that you are  acting as advocate/care-giver for this lady.

Unregulated private parking company is pursuing the registered keeper of a vehicle who was transporting a disabled and terminally ill passenger who needed extra time.
Breach of the Equality Act 2010.
Failure to anticipate the needs of a disabled person and failing to make reasonable adjustments for such a person before the event = Indirect Discrimination.
Failing to make reasonable adjustments once the agent was made aware of the disabled person's needs = Direct Discrimination
Both indirect and direct discrimination are illegal = 2 Criminal Offence

This sort of behaviour absolutely disgusts me. The landowner should be ashamed of their actions. The PPC should be ashamed by their actions, but they are not. All the want is money, and they don't care from whom they get it.

Well done for helping this lady. You have my respect and admiration.
I thank you all for your help so far. Fruitcake said:
Add the year the EA came into force, Equality Act 2010.

State that an occupant of the vehicle has/had a disability at the material and has protected characteristics as defined by the Act. Include a copy of the BB, (both sides but redact the photo).

Include the date of the alleged event and the PCN number, and request they instruct their sub-contractor to cancel the charge.
Advise them that they should seek legal advice if they do not understand their legal obligations as required by law should the charge not be cancelled as you reserve the right to join them against them in a counterclaim should Euro Car Parks Limited pursue this matter through the County Court.

Should this be that I 'reserve the right to include them in a counterclaim...'?
Yes, that's better wording. As advised above, complaints and appeals must come from/in the name of the person who received the parking charge notice.

Yes you should appeal, but not until the complaints procedure has been exhausted, or the appeal deadline is imminent.
    The issue date was 30/10/2024.
Does this make the appeal date 27/11/2024?
The appeal deadline will be given on the NTK, but as above, please post redacted images of both sides of the NTK.

I married my cousin. I had to...

What I don't understand is why waste any more energy on this, when the victim's MP could probably kill it with one email on her behalf.

    She doesn't have to appeal.

She doesn't have to jump to their deadlines.

She can ignore it. it is OK.

Life is too short to spend time on this scam.  There is no need to reply to a PCN.  If it were my relative I wouldn't.  I'd hand it all to her MP to step in for her.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for this. Having read all the advice in this thread, I was writing a further complaint to Green Oaks, side by side with a letter to the MP, and waking up to this, clearer vision of the subject, this makes more sense to me, if I were not available to her, rather than complain to those who clearly do not care where or who a complaint comes from, going straight to the MP is advice I'd like to think I'd give her myself, as clearly, complaints on deaf ears is not what she needs, at this time, never mind any other time.
