If its showing in MCOL claim history, it's done, especially if it doesn't mention sanctions etc, plus if you have not received a sanctions letter
I believe that it's logged, end of story, dont overthink this, it's irrelevant3 -
Because a missing or rejected N180 can result in a CCJ, why not just pop a signed printed copy in the post second class to the CNBC, so they get it some time next week at little cost to you? Make sure you get a free certificate of posting from the PO Counter and keep it.
The case will be discontinued by Xmas.
However, don't disappear: we need you this month. It's very important that people like you join us to reply to the new Public Consultation:

Do it this month pleeease! We will discuss it all in more detail in the coming days on that thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all,
I had my mediation call today and honestly, I expected more of a back-and-forth discussion.
The mediator said they had spoken to the DCBL and that they were willing to settle for £260. I said I was not willing to pay this and the mediator asked how much I was willing to pay, and my offer was £0 (I have a defence based on POFA non-compliance, poor signage, and inflated costs).
Instead of any further back-and-forth, they basically just said: “In that case it will go to court.” I said I’m happy for it to go to court. Call over.
Is this normal? I thought mediation was meant to be more of a shuttle negotiation with a few rounds of offers/counteroffers. Was I just unlucky?
What happens next - do I just wait for a hearing date?
Thanks

Its probably how it should be, but each feedback story seems different, no consistency
The 8 steps explain what happens next, transfer to the court of your choice, then a court order letter etc
Definitely wasn't DCBL , it would have been DCB LEGAL LTD
Wait for the letters, read a few similar cases that are ahead of yours, like recent cases in the discontinuations thread by Umkomaas
Meanwhile, please fill in the current government public survey consultation mentioned by coupon mad in other recent threads2 -
FIGHTBACK ALERT: extended deadline...
Please do the government's Public Consultation. We need every poster to complete this vital survey before the deadline.
See this thread:
We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.
I've written some guidance to help focus new posters on the issues. I've covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.
Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.
CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.
