DCBL - BPM Ltd

Hi everyone, newbie here.
I have a Notice of Debt Recovery that was passed to DCB Limited from BPM Ltd see below. I found these threads on Google and they are incredibly helpful - those of you who are advising people like me.. you bl**dy heroes! But many of you refer to the "newbie thread" and refer to a template defence, which I can't find. So if anyone can point me to that I would be very grateful!
FYI - I obviously can't remember who was driving or anything to do with this offence... but would hate this legal blackmail / extortion, so would like to contest it / not pay them regardless.
Thanks for any advice!

Hello and welcome.
That is nothing more than a debt collectors letter - the clue is only allowing '14 days' for a response.
The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.2 -
Amazing thanks. I feel bad cos I started a new thread!0

Continue on this thread when the Letter of Claim arrives in the post, followed by any future court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL
Ignore the debt collectors letters in the meantime1 -
Can you clarify the full name of the parking company - is it on other docs you have received?2
-
Thanks everyone. The parking company is Blaze Parking Management Ltd. (BPM)1
-
Personally never seen that ppc on here (but other regulars may have) - usually deal with Bank Park Management hence my request for clarification.2

Just a typical small parking firm1

Hi all. Received the following from them. So will ignore and wait for the Letter of Claim, as Gr1pr advised above. Thank you all again for your help. Sorry for starting a new thread. And wishing you all a very happy Xmas and New Year!1

Have you still got the Notice to keeper from Blaze Parking Management?
If yes, please add redacted photos of both sides of the notice here.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
