  • Don't want to hijack the thread, but no it still shows as £100 owing on ParkingEye's site. I think the POPLA site updated recently to suggest that they had actually started to assess it.

    Thats just fiction by debt collectors,  the charge is supposed to be frozen when a popla appeal has been submitted 

    Check the BPA CoP and complain
