POPLA seems to have a few weeks backlog so I think you'll hear in a month or so.

Could be even longer, i've been waiting for POPLA for 12 weeks now since replying to the parking company's evidence pack

Have you looked on the PPC's website to see if the charge is still there, or has been reduced to zero, or cannot now be found? Quite often PPCs don't bother to tell you the charge has been dropped, which is just plain rude and petty in my opinion.

Don't want to hijack the thread, but no it still shows as £100 owing on ParkingEye's site. I think the POPLA site updated recently to suggest that they had actually started to assess it.

mine has gone up to £170 + £1.95 handling fee, strange yours hasn't

Thats just fiction by debt collectors,  the charge is supposed to be frozen when a popla appeal has been submitted 

Check the BPA CoP and complain
