Vauxhall finance reply

Thank you for your email dated 16th February 2024 asking for confirmation of whether we paid the dealer a discretionary commission for your introduction to us.
After making a reasonable and proportionate search of our records (and making due enquiries with appropriate third parties), we've not yet found out if we paid a commission to the dealer and, if so, whether it was a discretionary commission. This is due to the historic nature of your agreement with us.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause you. Should you wish to raise a formal complaint, you are able to do so by sending an email to GBCAR-CSC-Complaints@vauxhallfinance.com.

Has anyone received this from Vauxhall Finance or could anyone please advise what I should reply. You don't have to do anything. The complaints process on DCA is closed until late 2025 at the earliest (recent court cases and appeals not yet heard will likely push it to 2026 or 2027.
Unless you have evidence of DCA you need to wait.
