Can't view bill after moving from BT to EE

Such a waste of time and energy this, but here I am.
Basically, I can't view my bill on my account with EE. The website throws up an error. The long and short of it as I understand it is on transfering from BT to EE (which all BT customers will eventually do) they've go issues with linking the old to new accounts. I've been on the phone multiple times, been hung up on once, done online chat, made a forum post on the EE community forum and finally gave up and made a complaint through the online form.
I've wasted hours on this and I want the shortest resolution possible. Has anyone else got this problem and has anyone had it fixed? Many examples are available if you look on their forums here - [I will post link later when above karma level]

For a communications company BT are pretty useless at communicating. My transfer to EE went fine, although various texts and emails suggested that it hadn't. The only problem I had was that BT emailed to say that my final bill was ready - but I couldn't login and see it because I wasn't a BT customer anymore! Never mind, a refund cheque appeared a few days later.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0
