Email address for UK Parking Control

I wanted a record that UK Parking Control had received my correspondence and so have been writing to them by email using the address appealmoreinfo@ukparkingcontrol.com (rather than post as they suggest). I found that address on this forum. As far as I can tell the address is not used on their website and I can't see it elsewhere on the internet. None of my emails have been acknowledged and my concern is that they will deny receipt of anything sent to that email. Is anyone able to advise where it originated (e.g. that it was the correct email at one point) or provide an alternative.
Thanks in advance.

Plan A is always a complaint from the keeper to the landowner and the keeper's MP. What happened when you did this?
If the keeper received a NTK, it will have given a method of appeal which is usually via an appeal portal, not by email. Did you use this? If not, why not?
If the NTK had an email address as a method of appeal, then you should have used that.
If you used a method not included on the NTK, then they can and will refuse or ignore an appeal using any other method.
Please tell us the location of the alleged event (it may have cropped up here before), when the alleged event occurred, when the NTK was received, and what you put in the appeal.

"Dear Mr XXXX,Thank you for your appeal submission. UKPC confirm receipt of your on-line appeal.
Your charge will be placed on hold whilst under appeal and we will aim to respond to you by formal letter/e-mail to the address supplied within 35 days, should you not receive a response within this time, please contact our information line on 0333 220 1070.
If you have selected a response by e-mail, please check in all mailboxes including spam.
Please do not respond directly to this email as it is automatically generated and you will not receive a reply.
If you have already been issued with a final letter in response to a previous appeal and you are not providing any further evidence to substantiate your case, then please do not expect a response from us."
After that I didn't receive anything so I sent several chaser emails trying to find out what was happening but didn't receive any response. I've now received a letter from another company saying as payment hasn't been made it's been escalated to them.
At the moment all I really want is to get hold of the ticket.

Again, what happened when you actioned Plan A?
If the keeper threw you under the tram, did you receive a NTD in your own name, and did you appeal that? We need all the information about who did what to understand this.
You don't really need the original NTK if you received a NTD.
If you appealed and received confirmation, but have not received an answer after 35 days, you should complain to UKPC and give them seven days to cancel or you will complain to the BPA.
Follow up with a complaint to the BPA once they have replied, irrespective of what they say or if they don't reply by day seven.
Who sent "the other letter?" Note that debt collectors are powerless and can safely be ignored.

I believe that Cineworld will be on the retail park there, so probably not the landowner , it's on Ashton Moss Leisure Park
Ashton Moss Developments Limited owns Ashton Moss Leisure Park. Their correspondence address is
Kent House, 14-17 Market Place, London, United Kingdom, W1W 8AJ ( or used to own , so possibly owned by Legal & General Property. ? )
Ideally complain about the PCN to the management company that contracted with UKPC on that private site , its not the Cineworld car park, its the Ashton Moss Leisure Park site
Use the UKPC complaint link on the BPA AOS members website to complain directly to UKPC
Ps, you should have received a postal PCN addressed to you as the driver if your wife named you as the keeper4 -

I don't think I can appeal without any information about what the ticket was for etc.0 -

So how did UKPC get your email address. ?
If you have never received a PCN, then you cannot be liable, because they should have posted a PCN to the driver ( not an email. )2 -

For the second time of asking, after the keeper threw you under the tram, did YOU receive a NTD in your own name, and did YOU appeal it?
We cannot advise you if you do not tell us what happened after the keeper received the NTK and named you as driver.
