You are not "just saying" you were not driving. You are only saying that, as the registered keeper, you are not obliged under law to identify the driver to an unregulated private parking company. You are saying that you are the keeper and decline to identify the driver because you don't have to.

I wouldn't be stating the length of time on site in any business, plus I think it should be shorter with less detail too

Then carefully check it to ensure that no admissions were made about the driver, as keeper you are using the keepers right to appeal

We can confirm that your appeal has been received and that all action has been suspended pending adjudication. We will endeavour to respond to your appeal within 28 days.

If your appeal has been received within 28 days of issue of the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) and your appeal is unsuccessful, the PCN will revert to the amount outstanding at the point of appeal and the payment terms will be extended.

im new to this so not sure how to start a new thread 
I have received the same PCN for Bury Angouleme
I am sure I paid for parking but I am being told otherwise 
I saw the previous reply someone made about sending an email so I copied and pasted the same email 😬😬😬
does this actually work ?

If you are on a PC, there is a red rectangular box with a "+" in it, that says Create New. If you are on a phone or a tablet, I believe it is red and round.
