I don't blame you. We all would too. It is appalling that this country lets parking firms do this to people.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • I’ve got straight through this morning and paid the £303, what happens next? Do I need to start preparing for a hearing or do I wait until I’ve heard something? And how will I hear?
I did have an auto response to say the email had landed yesterday

I assume you copied in the claimant for this application
It will get allocated in due course to your local court, depending on where in the country you are depends on how long you wait
You will get a notice in the post eventually from the court with a hearing date

The CNBC will serve a copy of the application to them. So you did not need to copy them in.

(Image removed by Forum Team) Good morning all, I received this email this morning. What would be classed as sufficient evidence that I did not live there?

If you can attach the e-mail chain with attachments, maybe the e-mails where you updated your address with them would be worth including, as a reminder that they were instructed to erase your old address and update it to a new one.

Typically a bank statement (you can remove details and typically download these as PDFs if you bank online and paperlessly), utility bill, or other formal correspondence with a date will work, as well a tenancy agreement.
