Issue transferring out of Post Office ISA

Has anyone else had issues getting their money back out of the Post Office ISA, it's a large enough sum that I can't afford to withdraw and lose the tax free status and is now causing me to lose money as the interest rate is lower than Zopa's.
Does anyone have any other suggestions please? Maybe trying to transfer elsewhere first?
Many thanks

Does your NI number begin with NJ or TJ- if so Zopa cannot transfer your ISA at present due to an issue with their transfer system:
From Zopa’s website:PayUK, a third party we use to facilitate ISA transfers, is currently experiencing issues validating certain National Insurance numbers, particularly those beginning with 'NJ' or 'TJ'.
This issue is being investigated and we expect it to be resolved in early 2025. Until then, we won't be able to process your ISA transfer. We're really sorry about this.
