HELP! Universal credit email and error

Good evening,
We're migrating to UC from tax credits and ESA, we started our online application this evening and within an hour we both had emails saying "a significant change has happened to your universal credit account which may affect your payment" we haven't had any changes apart from the question that asked if my wife cares for somebody which she does for me but from what I've been told is fine because I'm on high rate PIP for mobility and daily living.
Also when it came to the summary we noticed that things didn't look right when it came to benefits and earnings in the questions we both answered yes(I receive pip and ESA and she receives child tax credits) in the summary before submitting the claim it showed we don't currently receive any benefits but in the "see full details" drop down which shows what we've answered to that question it shows we've replied "yes" we haven't submitted the claim now because they don't add up and are worried about losing the migration protection.
The email has worried me to death and now the summary doesn't add up... please if anyone on here can help or give advice that would be a good send.
Thanks
