i would like to thank you all for the support with my claim
with the support from this Forum i managed to win the case on 11th of march 2025.
Judge dismissed the claim from EURO PARKING, Judge was very friendly, i didn't have to say anything to support my case, judge read all the proofs i provided and asked lots of questions to the Solicitor representing EURO PARKING and said he is not satisfied with the proof of enough and clear signage and on that basis he dismissed the claim. 

EURO PARKING's Solicitor asked for right to appeal but Judge refused it.
i forgot to ask for my expenses even EURO's solicitor asked me why didn't i claimed my expenses after we left the court room.

so lesson learnt "Always ask for the expenses"
