N180 Form/Directions Questionnaire Received

I been Following NEWBIES Thread for challenging parking ticket i received from Euro Parking Services, now i received N180 Directions Questionnaire (30 oct 2024) and wanted some help with this please.

What is the email address for the court i can send N180 Form to?
Can i electronically Sign this form ?
DO i need to send a copy of N180 to Euro Parking or Gladstones Solicitors ? 
is this the right email for Gladstones Solicitors Enquiries@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk ?

Are you a Legal Representative of any description?

If not, then surely you will only be ticking the Defendant box.

I have emailed N180 Questionnaire to Court and to the Gladstones solicitors.

hi 

i have received Witness statement from Gladstones Solicitors, and i am bit nervous now as never done this beofre and need some guidance for next steps. 
They didn't attend Mediation call either, i did.
on the day i didn't parked in the car park, just stopped on the road outside.

so on the day i was traveling back from work on the motorway M6 Northbound and engine light came on and car lost power, i called my friend who live nearby and he asked me to come off from the motorway and wait for him to come , i stopped on this road and he arrived and checked the vehicle, we stopped there (as per ticket) only just over 7 minutes and didn't left car unattended, in the picture we are standing next to the car.
when i stopped there i didn't realise that this is a private road.

how do i upload more documents for advise ?

Compose a WS recounting the facts and pointing out that:

Any signs were not seen so can't have been prominent or fairly placed (you already know from the NEWBIES thread to exhibit the Beavis sign as a comparison);

...and importantly, nor was there any warning of camera surveillance (seems the ticketer was lurking behind a wire fence).  Covert surveillance even with a hand held camera is illegal under the DPA 2018 and UK GDPR.
