Hello. If I want to set up a second ISA with the same bank (Santander) when should I set the second one up. How many days before new tac year starts?

Not sure I understand what you're trying to achieve, but you can open ISAs whenever you wish - why are you looking to open another one and what do you see as the relevance of the change in tax year?0

If you have already paid £20,000 into your ISA at Santander in the current tax year, you can't put more in until 6th April 2025. Unless there is some limit set by Santander as to how much you can put into your current ISA, you would normally be able to put another £20,000 into the same ISA on 6th April 2025.

Many ISAs can be opened online and deposits made on same day... So 6th April 2025 would work...
But why not ask Santander via online banking secure message?
