I filed two separate vehicle commission claims and have been rejected for both, due to 'Jersey not being regulated and part of the jursidiction'.

Would anyone know if this is correct and if/how I persue further?  Or do I just accept it and give up?!

They aren't part of the UK and so not dont fall under the remit of the FCA.

Jersey Financial Services Commission it the Jersey equivalent of the FCA, they haven't announced any parallel investigation into DCA, couldn't even tell you if they banned DCA like the FCA did or not.
