Jaguar Land Rover - HELP

Advice please - My dad owns a Jaguar XJ Luxury V6 D Auto and is having an issue with his indicator not working. When he took it to the Jaguar dealership (his regular one I might add), they informed him that he can't just replace the indicator; he has to replace the entire front unit - costly but ok. He was quoted £1,200…
