Issue transfering ISA from Skipton to trading212

Hi

I've been trying to transfer my ISA from Skipton to trading212 but I've had 4 failed attempts. My reference number is correct but neither bank can understand what the problem is. Has anyone else had any issues with this please?

Thanks

I've done two transfers from Skipton to T212. I the first case they phoned me for verbal confirmation due to the fact they were not in a position to validate a wet ink signature (there was none).

The second one was just me transferring the rest of the same ISA over. In that case I had to phone up and give my confirmation.
  • I had to phone Skipton too, to confirm that I wanted to transfer to T212.
Skipton sent me a message telling me to phone but the message did not appear when I logged onto my Skipton accounts ...it was sent to a completely separate place - skiptonsecureemail@skipton.co.uk - which I thought was a phishing email, so I ignored it
