British Airways "Lost" baggage Miami Airport

Can anyone help?

After BA and AA guest services made it impossible to check in for London leg online of our flight online, over the phone or at Miami while in transit - my daughter was marked as no show and told she couldn’t fly.

Finally allowed on the plane but her bag was removed and is still in Miami.

I reported it missing 36 hours ago but it is still showing as lost. I can see it still at Miami Airport North Terminal on the gps tracker in the bag. Near Gate D48.

I was given a number for BA in Miami (305) 869-4608 but this is not a valid number when I call it.

Is there any way to contact someone in the airport? I am going crazy looking a my bag sitting there while they tell me they are "doing everything we can to locate it".
