I can't find the reason for No on D1 of the questionnaire- Suitability for determination without hearing. What do I put here?Thank you.
Re the Qs in the N180 form; please DON'T post asking about them (and please don't ask how to answer the Welsh question):
The first link below that statement tells you ( tells everyone ) what to put1 -
Thank you.I found it.
Why does this letter from
DCLb legal insist that I call this number? Do I ignore this?0 -
That step is mentioned in the 12 steps in the defence template thread
They dont work for you, ignore their entreaties or any phone calls, treat them as hostile ( they are not insisting, it's merely a suggestion, insist implies must, not optional, it's definitely an option, but ignore it )2 -
I have received a mediation appointment from the court... what do I need to expect/ prepare?0

Ok. What are the chances it will go to a hearing after this stage?1

Unknown, depends if they follow the future court order, as yet not written, but they are more likely to discontinue near the hearing fee stage, like the other over 510 in the thread by Umkomaas on here , have you studied them ?4
