for once I was able to download and open something but the colours are all wrong, green on black or is it meant to be?0

I've just tried it and it worked like a charm... no glitches or bugs that I could see.
The only quibble was that at the 'Spending Totals' page, it said 'You spend more than you earn by...' and I earn more than I spend... even though the totals were blocked in green, I did do a bit of a double-take! Took me a minute to realise what it was saying!
Other than that, it was very good.I'm an adult and I can eat whatever I want whenever I want and I wish someone would take this power from me.

I had two problems. When I entered the amount for breakdown cover I accidently put the annual cost in the monthly column. When I realised and changed it to the annual column the monthly total showed ERROR and would not change when I altered the figures or put them in a different column.
I had a similar problem when I tried to change the amount of income from employment from the weekly to monthly columns.
I don't know whether these are problems with the program or whether I am doing something wrong as I haven't used one of these before.0 -

That sometimes happens if you Cut/Copy and Paste in Excel, it messes up the formulae, it's usually more of an issue if you Cut and Paste. One way around this is to 'Protect' the worksheet a little more, but this may limit the functionality a little too much.
Excel isn't perfect, but it's one of the better things we have to use.0
