Gatehouse Bank Regular Saver

I have just opened a Gatehouse Regular Saver and have tried to make a transfer which did not work.

Does anyone know if I have to wait until I have verified my nominated bank account for the deposit to work? Many thanks.

As far as I'm aware, your nominated bank account should have been set when you made your Regular Saver application and any payment should go through from your nominated account without issue.

Are you absolutely sure that you have the correct paying in details for Gatehouse?

Thank you for your prompt reply, I do appreciate that. I have read that they are sending me a letter with details on how to validate the nominated bank details that I provided on the application. 

From the details you kindly provided, they match what I am using except on the Account Name I have entered Gatehouse Bank plc which was shown in the document highlighted when I logged into the account.

I might try what you suggested and transfer a £1.00 to see if it works. If not, I will wait until I get the letter in the post. Thanks again.
