Hi all!

Can anyone recommend a good heat loss calculator for an ASHP installation? I have previously used Stelrad Stars, with which I'm familiar, and is fairly comprehensive.

Thanks!

Are you doing your own installation? If not, I would be inclined to choose your installer carefully - choose one that will be happy for oyu to look over theri shoulder while they do the heat loss and design calculations.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

Heatpunk worked well for me, pretty much matched Octopus' survey
4.29kWp Solar system, 45/55 South/West split in cloudy rainy Cumbria.

Thanks all, I'll take a look at Heatpunk. It's for a potential grant funded installation. I want to make my own calculations to compare.
