ok I've heard today, we are unsuccesful! Is the 6 month from the date of the alleged PCN? I just ignore it now? we are going away for 3 months so I guess if they send anything else by post we won't get it!0

As I said: IF IT WAS A PN (not a PCN) it timed out after 6 months.
IF it was indeed a PN then ZZPS are demanding money unlawfully as usual for these cases. Nobody stops them.
If it was a PN then obviously you ignore the £170 threatograms. If it was a PN, please show the ZZPS letter here but don't ask for a next step.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

hi again. It was a PN. I ignored all letters from ZZPS. I now have a letter from QDR solicitors. Just confused really as I understood it should have all timed out at 6 months but still they persevere! Shall I continue to ignore QDR?0
