Unlocking java on samsungs

I made an earlier post asking about how to get games working on my samsung d800. There was zero repsonse so I have started another thread as I have come up with further info that might give someone a clue about what is going on. On googling around I think the problem might be that I need to unlock the java on my phone. I'm not talking about unlocking for other networks rather the java installed on the mobile. e.g. Typing *#9998*4678255# works for some samsungs but not the d800 or other hpe type mobiles.
So any ideas out there?

Can I bump this? I have a samsung u900 and want to unlock the games also!

i can't believe it comes with demo only! There should be at least 1 full game!
