Whitefield Total Fitness
I signed up for a day pass at total fitness Whitefield recently and spent just over 4 hours there. During the initial email enquiry and my time at the gym talking to multiple members of staff they never once mentioned the car park’s time limit or that there is (or isn’t) a system at the gym where I can enter my vehicle reg.
My 2 questions are that a) does anyone know if there is in fact a system at total fitness Whitefield where I can enter my reg & they should have told me about it, and b) are they able to contact euro car parks on my behalf.
Thanks

with things like this there is often a discrete sign saying "log in here" which most of us miss. But talk to them and see what they will do on your behalf. That's always step one. Maybe make it sound like signing up for more days is contingent on them helping you out.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Ask them who DOES own the car park, then complain about the PCN to that landowner or managing agent
Looks like a retail park or business park when you Google it

Depends what it says on the signs.
Bear in mind that Euro Car Park tickets eventually end up in a court claim, which are then always discontinued at the eleventh hour when defended. So, you either pay (don't), try to get the landowner to cancel (sometimes possible or impossible), or accept that you will have a court claim to defend at some point (which equates to an hour or so of paperwork). Also email Total Fitness's CEO to say you'll never darken their door again. Always possible they could get the landowner to cancel.2 -

I’ve had a CCJ through from this case to the value of £299.96 even though I was told to ignore it. I assume I have no recourse other than to pay it now?

Did you receive a Money Claim N1SDT pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL and if yes, did you ignore it and why would you ignore an official letter from a government department . ?
You were not told to ignore a claim form, Car1980 warned you to expect a court claim
Everyone on here would tell you to respond to a court claim

I don’t recall receiving any letter to say it was going to court but all I ever see on here is “no parking fine has ever been to court, it always gets thrown out at the last minute”
