Hello, I would like to open an instant access ISA, and transfer a maturing ISAs from previous years in November, and introduce new funds which mature in Dec and Jan.  I’m worried that if I choose one like the Principality one, it will close before the other funds are available - wondered if anyone had any thoughts?  I’m used to fixed ISA’s so a bit confused.

If it's easy access and it allows transfers in then you'll be able to add more funds to it at a later date.  An account  (or a version or issue of an account) can be withdrawn or closed to new subscribers, but if you've already got it and it's not just a one off term deposit, then you can add more funds or transfer in as needed.
Indecision is the key to flexibility :)

Instant Access ISAs can be funded at any time during the year
