Well the stir fried chicken and rice was tasty but OH went off his food again so it didn't agree with him. Yesterday was a day of pickety bits for me and liquids and biscuits for OH. This latest round of chemo is a rough one!
After a night of about 3 hours of sleep, followed by 3 medical appts I've decided to treat myself to a meal out! Nutrionally dense, shaksuka with feta, chickpeas, spinach and a side of sour dough bread chased up by a flat white….and for some raeson the manager just decided I needed cake so a few bites of that. Love a small town!
