@Cherryfudge - thank-you hun & yes indeed, I'd still be in a wheelchair if it was not for physio! I can't say it is enjoyable but it is neccesary!
@Cheery_Daff - I'm well pleased that ththe front of the house looks well cared for now - OH also moved the car so that I could collect all the plant matter that was littering our parking bay! The backyard on the other hand looks a bit like the thicket from the briar rose fairy tale - heritage roses have gone feral and their thorns are wicked! All in good time - it's not going to hurt them to do their own thing!
@Watty1 - I think I go through a massive mind game with the exercises each time I get a new lot. My whole body & mind rebels against them, while I logically know how important they are.
@Baileys_Babe - I have a box of tissue ready for doubling the circuits tonight! I'm sure it will be OK after a week or repeats but what she's given me is really challenging!

On a completely unrelated subject - I've just had had the best customer service experience with H&B! A mistake was made on the order that was delivered yesterday with one item instead of a case being sent. Called them up this morning and no dramas, they sent out a new case to arrive tomorrow! She was polite and efficient and didn't make me jump through hoops to provide the replacement. OH & I both agree that this is what keeps customers loyal - being treated as valued!4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!!
