Hello,
Listed my property Tuesday evening. It’s a house in the South East in an attractive historic town commutable to London. Despite being touted as a popular place to live, I have watched Rightmove over the last year and feel the housing market is very slow, with many houses sitting around and getting reduced.
i got four estate agents to value my house and I listed it towards the top of the valuations (£10,000 less than the highest valuation). I paid a professional photographer to do the photos and they have come out great, so I think difficulties in selling the house will largely come down to price.
So as of this morning, after about 40 hours of being live I have come up in 5948 rightmove searches, and 802 people have actually clicked my advert. However, I have only had two viewings that were scheduled yesterday to take place over the weekend. Is this a bad start?

How many 'clicks' you got is meaningless. I have several friends who are always looking at houses on Rightmove, I think it's a hobby of theirs as they have no intention to move. At least they don't go doing viewings to pass the time on weekends - some people do that0

Context is everything. We have friends on the market since the summer. No takers yet, but plenty of interest in clicks and a slow, but steady stream of viewings. It's an expensive, specialist property, so if they reduced by £10k, no one would particularly care.Is yours a standard sort of house? eg. 3-4 bed with average sized garden? If so, has it any USP, or are you pitching to the upper end because you have plenty of time? Two viewings at this time of year isn't necessarily bad. You only need one genuine buyer!“If you tolerate this, your children will be next.” The Manic Street Preachers0

Anyone looking at this time would be very mindful of the budget and how changes might affect affordability.
Stamp duty increase is one area of concern and the potential for mortgage rates to rise another.
This really isn't the best time of year to be selling as with evenings rapidly drawing in on overcast days we require internal lights on from about 3.00pm1 -

I love looking at them on RM when they come onto the market, which isn’t that often. It’s nice to see how the other half live . I know I’m not the only one.0
