Car Finance Mis-selling to Deceased Person

Does anyone have experience with a claim for a deceased person?  I have written to the finance provider twice, using signed for post, but they haven't replied.

Probably not as the complaints process for DCA is currently closed until late next year (I assume it is DCA you are referring to)

Reminds me of a job advert after the GDPR legislation was passed and before it was effective saying they wanted 5 years experience of GDPR.

Claims are on hold, the 8 week clock will start ticking in December 2025 at the earliest, likely later as the FCA will hold until the Supreme Court decision on the court cases and the Court of Appeal decisions were only in the last week so the appeal hasn't even been lodged yet. 

Are you the executive of the estate? Did you include evidence of the deceased passing and your authority as the executor?
