unknown registration details

I cant recall the registration numbers of two previous vehicles purchased from a dealers with finance, can i still complete the template without this information and will my claim be looked at if i don't know the registration numbers of the vehicles?

You could send the form in, if you have enough data to find you, they can look at their records - agreement numbers and similar would help. Part of the FCA delay now is how to deal with people who don't have records
