The MP will come back repeating verbatim whatever utter crap the PPC feeds to them and they might even suggest you try the IAS (obviously don't).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've been scouring the forum to try find the reply email address.@Coupon-mad - I have found two of your responses on previous threads. One just says use complaints@ which I take as complaints@bwlegal.co.uk ; and another response says its ok to use their portal system at this stage. Can I just clarify?Thanks0

Hello! Back again, as the next stage has started....I have acknowledged reciept of the intended CCJ and completed AOS (as of yesterday 25/02) as per the steps on the thread on MCOL.I now have to submit my defence and was hoping someone could help me break down the sign which was at the car park.Basically....I read the restrictions as 8am-8pm and overnight stays starting from 5pm. Very confusing! As we were not staying overnight I assumed that if I got a ticket until 8pm I would be ok. There was no mobile phone signal so could not use RingGo (- side point Having written to the local MP she said that they were installing wifi points for this very reason but they weren't there when we were). No card function either.I managed to find enough change to get me to 7:52pm, thinking that 10mins grace would see me over 8pm and I was in the clear. Left the car park at 8:50 and the ticket issued for overstaying.Surely multiple and overlapping time restrictions are not allowed or deliberately confusing, so to different font sizes and font colour???There are lots of trip advisor / google reviews from people who have been stung by this car park and the local pub where we ate say it is a notorious issue for the area but privately owned and nothing they can do to help. It use to be council run but the owners swopped to PPS for management.Any specific legal words of wisdom for the defence would be greatly appreciated!Thanks0
