BW Legal / Premier Parking Solutions Ltd - Court Claim

Hi All,
Frustratingly, I am back here following a parking ticket recieved while on holiday over the summer. I attempted to contact the land owner, I replied to the private parking company (Premier Parking Solutions), and I have reached out to local MP. No luck. So now I am beginning to recieve letters and emails from BW Legal.
Its clear that they have had a lesson in PR/marketing as their approach this time round is very different. Emails started landing in my inbox, one a week, asking me to log into the client portal and set up a payment plan. Finally a letter arrived (attached) beginning of the month saying similar things and politely threatening legal action.
Firstly I wanted to share this so it can be added to the relevant threads.
Secondly, can I ask please how to proceed? They want a response by 6th Nov.
This doesn't appear to be a LBC, so do I just ignore and wait for one, or should I log in to the BW Legal portal to complain. Is it too soon to reply with the LBC template.
(Basic info of PCN: I read the signage as 8am-8pm AND overnight. We were not staying overnight, so paid for a ticket until 8pm. Left the car park at 8:50pm and have been issued the PCN for the overstay. This particular car park has a long history of catching people out. Google and TripAdvisor is full of negative reviews on the car park alone. There is no mobile signal so parking apps don't work. Even the local MP is aware of this car park)
Any advice appreciated
Thanks

It's a debt collector letter, so can be ignored. Obviously, do not ignore a letter of/before claim, or a court claim. You should start looking at the court claim/defence process in readiness.
In addition, you should complain again to the landowner and your MP. At a quick glance, the sign is inadequate and incapable of forming a contract because even though the charge for breaching Ts and Cs is in red, it is still in tiny font, and mixed in with a massive amount of information that would take many minutes to read.
In addition, the tariffs are confusing because the night rate overlaps the day rate, and the 24 hour rate can obviously not fit into the day rate.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -

There is no new approach2

Usual bumpf from them. You'll receive a thick envelope containing a form wanting your income and expenses at some point.1

Yep that isn't a new letter. Respond when you get a LBC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Found myself in the same boat with BW legal @ManFromWaySouth .
Have read the newbie thread (thank you those who put that together) and have a couple of questions:
1. How are you getting on with the process now?2. When you respond at the LBC stage, do you have an email address for BW legal? Like you I can only see a phone number or the portal.Mine is to do with an issue with Amtrac Security Services ANPR which didn’t see me leave the car park and return later in the day (paying on both occasions) Now they are after me for the period when I had left the car park, they claim i never left. All I have is a witness statement from myself and my friend.Any other suggestions welcome.0 -

I'm waiting for the Letter Before Claim to arrive and ignoring all other communication for the time being.I have also written to my local MP and had a response yesterday that they have appealed via POPLA on my behalf. I don't know what this means in terms of success rate but will wait and see.....Stay positive! And read through all the steps on the Newbies post until it makes sense. Took me a while for it to all click into place and I have had positive results with previous parking tickets. So the process does work. Just don't ignore LBC's and any County Court letters.0

They can not appeal to popla on your behalf at this stage.2

@Grizebeck Do you know the process or how likely it is for my MP to stop this? The email said the following: "I have raised this Parking on Private Land Appeals (POPLA) on your behalf."
