Scammed - Kosami Solutions Ltd

Hi,
I really welcome some help.
In a stupid error I clicked on an advert for a freebie advertised by a major retailer. In effect I was asked make a payment for the freebie. I paid the company £3 which was to a company called Kosami Solutions Ltd. Adding my address and email.
What I received was an invoice from Kosami solution for £3 for a 3 day trial for some gaming development website. Which then led into a further payment of £47 which reading the terms is due every 14 days. It appears they think I have entered into a regular payment plan with them.
I spoke to my bank who have declined the £47 payment, but they now have froze all my account. So I cannot use my debit card for my daily spending etc.
I have tried emailing this company 3 times since Sunday to cancel any such subscription as I never entered into any such agreement and refund any monies paid. They do state a 14 day cancellation period in their T&Cs. I now presume this is a proper scam. The company is registered in Cyprus, and use the name "pyd game developer " on the payment they took from me.
Kosami Solutions Limited
Game Developer (game-developer.eu)
My bank said they can decline payments but cannot get involved in any ongoing agreements for payments. I never entered on even ticked any box to enter into any agreement.
Ironically on Sunday evening I saw another freebie on facebook, which appeared in the same style as the first one they duped into. Select 3 boxes out of 9 and if I select a box with a prize I win!
I really appreciate any help how I can get out of this so called "agreement" and what I can do.
thanks in advance

So you need to go back & find out exactly what they have done. I wonder if they have just cancelled your card?
So long as you have cancelled with the company (no actual need to do this but is better), the bank can use Visa/Mastercard systems to cancel the agreement. Blocking any further payments.
As you have cancelled with the co (no need for confirmation) your bank can block & if any did debit then claim the money back via chargeback.
Anything on social media that offers a freebie, but asking for card details for P&P is to be avoided at all costs.Life in the slow lane1 -
Hi
my bank has cancelled my card details and issued me with new details.
They also refunded the monies taken and set up a dispute with this company.
I emailed the company several times, despite they claiming a 48hr reply policy, 4 days on and no reply. Not expected from a scam style company.
What a headache this has been.
