It's a shame you paid anything. DCB Legal would have discontinued the case closer to a hearing, but having said that, any settlement that is less than the original charge notice amount should be counted as a win because you have saved yourself ~£200 and the ongoing stress and worry. The ordeal is over and you can concentrate on personal things.
