Stevenage parking ticket - Help

Good afternoon,
the vehicle received a parking ticket from the cowboys of UKPC in Stevenage leisure park. I've read the newbie section and all the previous cases of this on here, but they are all about 8 years old. I want to write to the landowner but don't know who owns it anymore.
They said the keeper left the site but only posted random photos of the carpark and the vehicle. There is no way of them proving that and they also purchased something from the centre after it was issued. Can someone offer me advice? should they wait the 26 days for the dreaded Letter or appeal with receipt to the website. It's all a bit confusing and don't know what to do. Thanks!

Is that it? has that worked? hypothetically speaking - what if they did leave the site but purchased something from the site as well. i presume the whole "where does the site start and end" comes into play?0 -

Just follow the advice by coupon mad and forget about anything else, or stuff that you have seen elsewhere
UKPC cannot prove a leaving site case, so no giving them ammunition, doesn't matter what really happened, only what they can or cannot prove ( without any help from the driver or keeper. )1 -
