Letter of Claim - UKCPS Parking Notice

I have read through the newbies thread and a couple other posters, but have seen it’s best to create my own. I am also wary to post too many identifying details, so please let me know if this is too vague.
I have a parking notice from back in January for a ‘driver observed leaving site’. I think this is due to the fact I went across the car park first, however I WAS a paying customer (if they actually checked the CCTV they would see this), I just don’t have proof as I paid with cash and although I tried it was too late to get hold of CCTV via the retailer to argue this parking charge with evidence.
I have tried to appeal via the appeals process back in Jan, but I never heard back via letter or email, only rather heard back when the fine had increased. Appalled at how difficult it is to get hold of them via phone, with no email and no response to letters, I sent two letters explaining/formal complaints (with proof of postage) in February and later in April/May. Neither have been acknowledged. Now I have received debt collection letters, and most recently a LOC.
I appreciate I may have made some mistakes prior reading this thread, but I have never dealt with anything so unfair and difficult. I wanted to ask what the next steps are—some of these threads say not to reply via post? Shall I ask for an email and use the template on the newbies thread, where I am querying something to do with VAT also? I know I have to reply to this letter and I just don’t know how.
Thank You

Just Google for it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Email the template response to the Moorside legal email address, same as in the other recent Moorside threads on here1

Okay thank you, I have found their email and I will do that now using the template.I also was advised previously to ask UKCPS for all my case evidence including pictures, but they stated they needed a photo of my ID in order to do this? I don’t understand how they can converse with my via post about the notice, but then require further personal info to give me my own data?0

Normally we dont advise sending a SAR these days, not until any court claim has been sent to your local civil court, especially because they might mess up the claim, so no idea why you were told to do the SAR
Just respond to the LoC for now, step by step, no preemptive strikes
For your information
Under data protection, they have to obtain proof that you are you, not me or a hacker etc
Never give photo ID , a copy of the V5c plus copies of 2 recent redacted utility bills or similar are sufficient. ( In the future. )2 -

Just use the LBC reply in the NEWBIES thread then when they reply, report a VAT concern to HMRC like you find in all other LBC threads. Read half a dozen.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
