Leaving Talk Home Mobile
I took out a 12mth contract with Talk home mobile on the 20th of this month so i am still in the 14 days cooling off period.
What i want to know is can i just get a Pac code and move to another network or will i have to call them by Phone to cancel?
Any help would be much appreciated.

From the website - "Our 12-month plans are contracts. However, you can change your plan anytime based on usage at no additional cost. You can also terminate your contract with us at any time by paying a small fee."That being said, the main answer to your question is here:https://talkhome.co.uk/terms - "Up to 14 days after your agreement with us is in effect, you may request a refund of any unused credit or wholly unused, unexpired plans purchased by cancelling your subscription.
You can do so by clicking Unsubscribe inside your web dashboard or the My THM App or by submitting a customer service ticket or email us directly.
We will not provide refunds for any partially used bundles or any expired bundles. This does not affect your statutory right to change your mind about your purchase within the 14-day cooling off period.
Your right to a refund may be subject to you passing appropriate checks in place to combat financial crime"
