Three SIM for Austrailia travel

Inspired by the information on the main page under
It says getting a SIM from Three will allow me to use data (up to 12gb under fair use) for a £10 data pack.
However on trying to check T&C there is no mention of Australia being included, just that there are 71 countries of which there are 51 listed as Europe and no way to find others which are included and there is no mention anywhere on the Three SIM page about any included calls. Is Martins

Actually Ive just noticed the Three page says
Choose as much monthly data as you want and we'll include unlimited minutes and texts.
But then on the Three order page it saysWhat's not included?
Standard rates
Our standard rates for voice calls, texts, data, and MMS in the UK are as follows:
- Voice calls to standard UK landlines (starting 01, 02, 03), UK mobiles (any network) and your Three voicemail – 35p per minute
- Texts (excluding SMS shortcodes) – 15p per text
- Data – 10p per MB
- MMS – 40p per message

I've no idea about the specifics of the Three offering but have you looked into eSIMs? There's an article all about them here somewhere1

Thanks I'm comparing them too

seems to depend on contract type/joining date but you can choose your country here for current charges/allowances - https://www.three.co.uk/support/roaming-and-calling-abroad/roaming-abroad/go-roam0

Australia is a Go Roam destination: https://www.three.co.uk/support/roaming-and-calling-abroad/roaming-abroad
You could order a PAYG SIM and then you can use a portion of your data allowance abroad. This page sets it out in more detail: https://www.three.co.uk/pay-as-you-go/payg-data-packs
To take an example, if you buy the 80GB data pack, it will cost you £18 and you will be able to use 18GB in Australia.
For comparison, here are some esims from Breeze which I find are generally the best value: https://breezesim.com/products/esimg_au_v2?search=Australia&searchIso=AU&searchHandle=esimg_au_v2&iccid=&utmSource=&utmMedium=&utmCampaign=
For what it's worth, I think it's easier to just buy a Three PAYG SIM as esims can be a faff to set up from experience and sometimes they randomly stop working (as happened to my gf in SE Asia).
An even better option is just to buy a SIM card when you arrive in Australia. You can get a Telstra SIM card for 35 AUD (roughly £18) which includes 35GB which is better value than Three or an esim. Most international airports have stands where you can by sim cards on arrival. Given people speak English in Australia, it shouldn't be difficult communicating what you want with the salesperson.
