Need advise - Orange deposit

I need help.

I am now an Orange customer for more then a year.

As i just moved back to the UK from abroad, i only could get a Orange contract by paying 150£ deposit.

Now the year was over 1st November and i am now waiting for payment of the deposit since 2 months.

I called in now 3 times and i get no response.

isn't this a breach of contract and could get me out of it?

Any advise what to do?

If your contract minimum period was 12 months you can cancel now without looking for any breach by orange.

If you are entitled to a refund send them a letter requesting it, and if you are prepared to take legal action then mention in the letter that is what will happen if they don't pay you in 7 days.

Then use MCOL if they don't pay up.

In that case I doubt them hanging on to your money is a breach of your airtime contract.

But if you are entitled to the money back them you can follow the advice (letter, then mcol).

Its automatically applied to your orange account unless you call up to get it refunded.
