I've just had a trial bundle from gladstones in the post.. Do I need to send one back and to the court? I was unaware of this step if so!0

If not, you are late but must crack on and send the one we talked about, and cc in Gladstones.
If yes, then you can't change it and the WS is at least in!

Update! I have had back and forth emails from Euro Parking Services this morning, trying to haggle me for different amounts of £££ to drop it before court. I didnt budge and they have now agreed to drop the case for nothing!

It's very rare to get the parking firm engaging. Normally the legal firm handle it but maybe Euro were deciding whether it was worth sending their Director in person as the witness, decided NO, then opted to try to trick you with settlement offers! They tried to palm me off with "let's settle for £160 to save time and costs" and I said "I've already wasted my time getting documents together, and wasted money taking a day off work, so I'd gladly go all the way to court and claim for loss of earnings". A few more tries via email and then they finally agreed to call it quits 🤪2
