Hi, I have been in Morocco in April 2025, I had this same problem, ATM in our hotel didn’t give my money but charged my account!. I went to bank in Morocco they ignored me, and told me go to your bank in your country Revolut. I need wait up to 50 days. I will update later. I lost around £1200
