Hi Potters! I hope you're all enjoying a lovely week, what a difference using a little lower electriciity. To all those of you who are poorly or low in any way, take very great care and get well soon. Very best wishes from us all here on SPCSo sorry to hear about the death of your mum, JynErso, sincere condolences to you and your family.Good to hear you're still saving well!!I'm so pleased you've found a far more palatable way of getting round the otherwise necessary disgusting rubbish they otherwise insist we take for colonoscopies. They make me sick too, which is a blighter when both ends are on the go at the same time! How many Dulcolax do you need to take? So much better for you when you need them annually. My DD got round it this time by asking to have a Sigmoidoscopy, so very much better apparently.I'd far sooner have the HPV test anytime MrsShazbat, at least you don't need to completely clear out for those!🤨T & I couldn't eat white bread nowadays, too pappy. T doesn't mind pasta now and again, but we both always have porridge with blueberries and flax seeds. We both mostly have roast root vegetables with steamed broccoli for lunch.Once a week we have Fish and Chips as a treat for lunch. For tea lettuce sandwiches or ryvita with a dash of salad cream. The things my thyroid problem is effected by mostly are tiredness and my hair, it's always falling out, lucky I've got such a good head of hair! I always had to take 125mg in the winter 100mg the rest of the year, but since the last two years he says 'he thinks' I now no longer need the 25mg!Good for you with your Plum money!Your dad did very well Siju, by extending his life another 25 years after the quadruple heart bypass, excellent. His cut down not out worked well for him for sure.I hope you've managed to get rid of your cough.Very well done with your £5 potted. It's lovely and sunny here today and we've had several this week.SueHave a lovely TUESDAY and rest of the week, folksDeclaration Day for SPC 0025 is October 23rd.............BEFORE --- BUT NO LATER, please! If anyone would like to join the thread, please just ask at anytime and you will be made very welcome!Sealed Pot Challenge 001 My Totals = 08 = £163.95 09 = £315.78 10 = £518.80 11 = £481.87 12 = £694.53 13 = £1200.20! 14 = £881 15 = £839.21 16 = £870.48 17 = £871.52 18 = £800.00 19 = £851.022021=£820.26[/SizeGrand Totals of all members (2008 uncounted) 2009 = £32.154.32! 2010 = £37.581.47! 2011 = £42.474.34! 2012 = £49.759.46! 2013 = £50.642.78! 2014 = £61.367.88!! 2015 = £52.852.06! 2016 = £52, 002.40!! 2017 = £50,456.23!! 2018 = £47, 815.88! 2019 = £38.538.37!!!! :j1

Evening, hope you are all having a wonderful start to Spring (kinda). Loving the weather despite the chilly elements. Half functioning due to education deadline next week. 🥲
Picking up shrapnel as and when I can! Working on a strategy to have more cash in hand to pick from. 🙂
