Fractional shares now allowed in ISAs

From Nov 4 2024, fractional shares will officially be allowed in S&S ISAs and Junior ISAs (and CTFs). Fractional shares held before this date in these tax wrappers are included in the permission.
These fractionals cannot be transferred, however, so you might have to sell them if you want to transfer to another provider.

I wonder if this means that my ISA holdings in US companies where the quarterly dividend is less than the rather high price of a single share will now result in reinvested dividends rather than cash payout... (the option is set as dividend re-investment in my ISA preferences).0

*Robinhood UK and WeBull also offer US fractional shares but I don't think they offer Isas.1 -

What does this mean with regards to purchasing CSH2 now priced at about £1150 a share. I use this ETF as part of my portfollio in my x-o stocks and shares ISA because it behaves like a safe money market fund and its accumulating.Previously at the start of the ISA season I would purchase a small number of these shares. Does this mean that after Nov 4, I will be able to buy for example exactly £5000 worth?0

Not unless x-o decides to introduce a new platform that would support fractional shares. This seems rather unlikely.
